Short Sale Solutions LLC. was created with the realtor in mind. Our services allow the ever busy agent to spend time growing their business rather than spending countless hours on the phone with frustrating lenders. We work the file from the listing or the purchase contract all the way through to the short sale approval. We contact the lenders and work with the sellers to complete the short sale package required. Then our work really begins. The agent is kept current with weekly updates and their clients are treated with the utmost respect.
Our goal is to obtain short sale approval and assist the seller’s with a successful sale.
Meet our Staff Shannon Chapa:
Shannon has been in the title industry for 8 years. Along with being a closer, she has worked for several top producing real estate agents. She understands the importance of a smooth transaction and believes that genuine customer service is the winning factor for all successful businesses; both title and real estate. Her closing experience will be invaluable in getting HUD’s approved and deals closed. Leslie Carr: Leslie has worked in the real estate business for the past three years. She has been actively working as a short sale facilitator for two years. Leslie takes great pride in customer service and catering to her client’s needs. She has vast experience in the short sale arena and has been through the Certified Distressed Property Expert training. She also knows how important it is to work as a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Kristi De Lange: Kristi has been in the customer service industry for the past seven years and surpasses customers expectations. Kristi is a great asset to the Short Sale Solutions team and looks forward to making sure each transaction runs smoothly, to the challenges this new endeavor brings and is excited about her chance to contribute to such a great organization. |
Our fees are as follows:
$1-$150,000 ~ $100 upfront non-refundable fee w/ $300 due at closing
$150,001-$300,000 ~ $100 upfront non-refundable fee w/$500 due at closing
$300,000 & up ~ $100 upfront non-refundable fee w/$700 due at closing
